En av fjolårets största succéer när det gäller gruppträning på gym upptäcktes faktiskt av en slump. När den colombianska aerobicstränaren Albert Perez glömde sin musik inför ett pass slog han istället på latinomusik och körde igång. Eftersom han inte kunde hålla höfterna i styr till den svängiga musiken, blev träningen en blandning av aerobics och lationdans – och zumban var född.Dansen kombinerar grundrytmerna i salsa, merengue, cumbia och reggaeton med aerobicsrörelser. Hänger du med i instruktörens koreografi bra kan du bränna mellan 400 och 600 kcal per timme! Zumba ökar kalori- och fettförbränningen, sätter fart på konditionen, förbättrar rörlighet, smidighet och koordination samt sänker stressnivåerna i kroppen. Dessutom ger dansen dig starka ben och fastare rumpa.

My name is Tracy Månsson and I am currently a Tahitian dance teacher and ZUMBA Fitness Instructor. I have been dancing since I was a little girl and have espcially loved any type of dance that will give me a great workout. Which is what led me to focuss on Tahitian dance and ZUMBA Fitness. These are two very different types of dance and kultures, but both celebrate life and the people of the kulture.

The name of my company is JUST DANZ. I think it is well-suited because when it comes to both Tahitian and Zumba the easiest rule to follow is to just hear & feel the music, come in, "join the party" and JUST DANZ!
